"Our Little Heroes program is specially designed for children ages 4-7. Through fun, age-appropriate 30-minute sessions, young students develop coordination, balance, and listening skills while building the foundations of Taekwondo."

Training Details
The Little Heroes program goes beyond physical training. Our instructors create a positive, encouraging environment where young children learn to follow instructions, work with others, and develop the self-discipline that will benefit them in school and at home.

New to martial arts? Here is everything you need to know about starting your journey with us.
We offer classes for ages 4 and up, including Little Heroes (4-7), Big Kids (8-12), Teen & Adult (13+). We also offer Summer Camp (ages 4-11) and Birthday Party packages.
No prior experience is required! We welcome beginners as well as experienced martial artists looking to refine their skills.
Comfortable athletic wear is fine for your first class. If you decide to continue, we'll guide you on getting a uniform and gear.
We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady improvement, but you can train more frequently based on your goals.
