"Our Big Kids program provides challenging and rewarding 40-minute Taekwondo sessions for students ages 8-12. Students develop physical strength, mental focus, and the self-discipline needed to excel both on the mat and in everyday life."

What age groups do you offer classes for?

We offer classes for ages 4 and up, including Little Heroes (4-7), Big Kids (8-12), Teen & Adult (13+). We also offer Summer Camp (ages 4-11) and Birthday Party packages.

Do I need any prior experience to join?

No prior experience is required! We welcome beginners as well as experienced martial artists looking to refine their skills.

What should I bring to my first class?

Comfortable athletic wear is fine for your first class. If you decide to continue, we'll guide you on getting a uniform and gear.

How often should I train to see progress?

We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady improvement, but you can train more frequently based on your goals.
